Is it connected with all what looks like scattered stuff along the hard shoulder like a crashed biker possibly ?.It also shows how zb dipped headlights are I’d certainly have switched to main beam at at least one or two points there.It looks like he was saved by the headlights of the truck in lane 1 reflecting off him at the last second just in time for both to avoid him.What happened to him after that is anyone’s guess.
