Isn’t there a minimum of 25 p/a or something? 4 off, 4 days holiday and 4 off is 12 days holiday for the price of 4…nice if you can get it!

I have put the shift pattern as 8 days as 4 on 4 off is a 8 day pattern,hours worked per shift ain’t relevant in a full time job they only become an influence on time off if your working what is considered part time.
