Nipped home yesterday morning for a quick brew before picking up a trailer, I parked the unit away from the house between two farm buildings, the vehicle wasn’t visible from the house, I heard the front door being banged on then a knocking on the window,
I was livid and ran out just to catch sight of two guys walking out of the yard I screamed at them and said, have you just hammered on my door and rattled my windows, he replied yes We’re from HMRC and if I didn’t use rebated fuel (Red) they wouldn’t have my vehicle on there low loader outside, my heart sank, I run to were I’d parked my truck and it was still there, I said what the (zb) are you on about ? when I walked to the road there was a low loader with a truck on and I said it’s not my vehicle, he said it had been seized in December 2016 the penalty and storage fees had been paid and they were returning it to me, I couldn’t convince them they had made a mistake, it seems the owner had asked them to return it to a nearby farm with the same postcode, the sat nav does say "you have reached your destination " when they arrive here, but it’s a bit further up the road.

I would have been a few years ago if they had called 
over here when we notice someone filling up with pump diesel we just assume they are tourists…apart from all the laundered places,theres a great amount of places just sell red straight from the pumps anyway…
