in the paper today[if you did not read it]was a story of a woman who rescued a dog from a motorway,she is scared of dogs but managed to coax the dog into her car,she then contacts the highways England about it,apparently their reply was that the dog no longer posed a threat to motorists,however if she was to release the dog back onto the hard shoulder they would implement a rolling roadblock in order to recapture the dog,i just started laughing,you couldn’t make it up,by the time they got sorted the poor dog would have been killed or seriously injured
