Do you mean for a job / agency? If so, they’re usually pretty basic stuff, speed limits, signs etc.
Once had 1 that asked for stopping distances at a speed, pretty sure it was 70mph too, A truck has a speed limit of 60mph and is usually limited between 49 and 56mph so N/A written
