Does anyone know if it is a legal requirement to have HIAB Certification before offloading to the general public.
I am doing some work with a company and I think they will want me to work without being certified.

as far as iām aware theres no legal requirement to hold a certificate but what the ticket does is prove you have had some training should something go wrong which covers everyones back including the operator of the wagon.
