Oh , by the way ,…the idea of night-time luminous glowing for sheep wool can be credited to the sheep in the

As a union rep I was called upon to represent a member in a disciplinary hearing re hiviz.
The charge was he was seen in an operational area not wearing the required hiviz.
I replied that if he was seen without hiviz there was no need for it in the first place.

Reminds me of a briefing we got from our gaffer, with one of his senior managers in attendance.
I had the nerve to point out that if we went into the warehouse wearing hi-viz, none of the loaders ever saw us, whereas if we went in without they spotted us within seconds. Senior manager had to work hard to keep his face straight, gaffer was not amused.

I would like to see pheasants wearing them, at least you would see them better as they fly off just as you reach them, a creature devoid of a brain. the next brainy idea will be all vehicles have to be painted luminous to stop accidents and make it easier for pedestrians to see them…ha ha when is the vote to leave that poxy club they call the EU.
