Ok im after a good quality waterproof winter hi viz jacket , does anyone know a online shop or a shop in stoke on Trent that I can get one at a reasonable price. Thanks.
I’ve got a quilted one - cost me £20 from B&Q 3-4 years ago, still going strong. They do either bomber jacket or full length styles

yea b & q, arco, or most builders merchants, think even screwfix either online or shops do a decent range at reasonable price
the range do a great range of them jackets long and bomber also…

i bought one from scats bomber jacket style made by a comapny called hurricane it keeps me warm dry and cost £20
just buy your self a good out door jacket from like of regatta etc not too expensive and removable fleece for heavy work so dont sweat and wind and water proof just put hi viz over top. also looks smarter when plodding around msa etc than a big bright blur dazzling every one lol.
i wear the fleece ones quite a bit , pretty good and soon dry out if they get wet

Ive got a North face Jacket and when it gets really cold i stick a Snugpac underneath and then a cheap hi viz over the top…
Try eBay. You can get 2nd hand ex-police issue goretex bombers and coats at a very reasonable price. Usually in good condition too.
