As far as I am aware there is no need to exchange your ADR - indeed it cannot be exchanged, but I am sure Diesel Dave will be along shortly to confirm.
For your CPC - Driver CPC training for qualified drivers: If you have a licence from another country - GOV.UK
Your CPC and ADR are valid in the UK until they expire.

There’s no need to exchange an ADR licence, and shep’s link explains the position with regard to DCPC.
The problem is that:ive lost them and cause they are isdued in UE they force me to comeback there and do all the paper work…so i want to exchange them in case i will lose them again.Thanks

I’ve dealt with one non-UKdriver with this problem before, there’s one simple question…
How can you exchange something that you’ve lost
I think you might mean that you want a replacement, in which case you should go back to the country that issued your documents.
In the case of an ADR licence, it is possible to make a new one here in the UK, but the course and exams will be in English.
