HGV Training Insurance

I have a rigid and an artic that I want to use for training. They are not going to be used for freight in any way.

I have spent days trying to get an insurace quote that will cover me to give training to joe public in these two vehicles. It seems to me that insurance companies are falling over themselves to insure all sorts of vehicles with the excpetion of HGVs that are used purely for training.
Where am I going wrong?
Can anyone recommend a company or broker or at leats point me in the right direction ?

Norwich union are about the only 1’s to deal with lgv training, when i had my trucks, i got my insurance through a local broker in Lincoln.

“P” plate daf 75 artic third party fire and theft, was about £1700 for the first year !!
