I can’t read the link but does that mean that all limiters will have to be reset? Or will nobody be able to take advantage of the new limit?
Limiters are set at 56mph/90kph now, the Scottish “new” limits are merely bringing the country in line with England, Wales and northern Ireland. No changes to limiters is required
