Can you download your hgv renewal form D47PU ( over 45 years old )…I got one sent out but have lost it ,got the medical form .
Or do i have to contact DVLA for another one.

to renew your hgv medical over 45 yrs old , you can get the D2/D4 renewal pack from the post office…
check with your doctors if they can do the eyesight part of your medical, otherwise get an appointment and take your form to specsavers.
they charge about ten quid…
then do the rest of the form at your doctors … they charge an arm and a leg … ( mine was £90 )
don’t leave it until the last minute just in case you struggle to get a doctors appointment…
and then it might take a couple of weeks for DVLA to send your licence back…
