When I drove for Homebase in 2004 there was an obituary on the wall. It was one of their drivers who was sleeping in his cab when it was petrol bombed, and he died in the fire. I’d just passed my test and couldn’t believe what I was reading.
I’m surprised this lad got just 6 years. I doubt he’ll be reformed upon release.
