I would like to just warn others to stay away fro HGV Express Ltd. I paid them for my packed catergory C driving and theory and after had to wait 6 month to push my case forward. They were slowing down all procedures to make sure that keep longer my money.
For example I asked them for quickest term for my theory exams. First they said that I need wait 10 working days and they arrange my dates. They arranged but for 2 months later. I changed dates by myself thru DVLA online system. Same was with my driving lessons. They special choose company with long time to wait and when I asked driving company if it is possible to make quicker for my lessons They said that yes, but HGV Express didn’t want change it for me.
I chosen them only because they promised to help me find work what they finally did not do.
I regret to chose them. They speak nice with you when they want sell they “product” but after you pay they will stop answear on emails, phones, saying something that they too busy. How is possible that they taking money and after do not have time for customer?
Stay away from them.
Tough lesson to learn. Sadly, this isn’t the first time we’ve had this story.

An often told story. The main problem is that you only do this once in your life, hopefully and therefore can be taken advantage of.
A broker has no interest in you progressing through the stages quickly whereas most trainers take only a deposit and the majority of fees as you get nearer the practical training.
It’s too late to change things but on a positive note the trainer will want you to pass 1st time so that you recommend them and not the broker. It’s still in your own hands to make this happen.
Sorry to hear that. Thanks for posting this; we frequently tell people to stay away from all brokers but it’s good for people to see that there is a reason this advice is given.

Decent and reputable instructors don’t use a middle man like HGV express ltd anyway. shame you have been scammed but sadly you are not the only one ( or the last). Good luck
