Reading that, surely the council or police, by law should be pro-active in finding out from whom they illegaly extorted money and contact them in order to refund them.
sounds about right for falkirk council. i doubt that money would have been spent fixing the roads anyway even though some of them are particularly bad. just off the roundabout at j5 heading towards the fire station for example
sue them for the stress caused by saying you have had sleepless nights worrying about it because you knew they had got the road id wrong and thought you were within your right to transit this road. this led to you questioning your own sanity

Independence won’t happen, I lived down south and aboard for 20 years, and just moved back and nearly everyone I talk to, be it OAP’s or guys on the wagons or in the warehouses aren’t interested in it. The latest figures are at about 26%. People just want a job and raise their kids, independence won’t change your lives that much, the government will still screws us!!!
