Trig stole the scene many times on fools and horses R.I.P.

I know it’s nothing to do with trucks but very sad news that one of our most loved actors Roger-Lloyd-Pack who plays Trigger on Only Fools and Horses has died after a battle with cancer.
So come on give us your most memorable Trigger moment in Only Fools and Horses. Mine is when They are going to Margate and Micky Pearce says that Del probably got some idiot to make the sandwiches and Trigger pipes up and says," No I made them for him!"classic Trigger
mine was the part where he got a medal for having his road brush for years then saying its had about ten new heads, thats after saying it was original, real shame though,i only found out tonight via a friend
Rodney: Trigger what are you doing here?
Trigger: Well Dave, Del Boy said he’d give me a lift down the pub.
Rodney: Oh I suppose that’s… Hold on, you live closer to the pub then we do?
Trigger: Yeah I know, but Del Boy said he’d give me a lift down the pub.
Rodney: But Trigger, you’ve had to walk past the pub to get to our flat!
Trigger: I know, but Del Boy said he’d give me a lift down the pub.
Trigger: If it’s a girl they’re gonna name it Sigourney, after the actress. And if it’s a boy they’re gonna name him Rodney, after Dave.
Trigger: And that’s what I’ve done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old broom’s had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time.
Sid: How the hell can it be the same bloody broom then?
Trigger: There’s the picture. What more proof do you need?
R.I.P. Trigger
Allright, Dave?
20 years, 17 heads and 14 handles…
Oh bugger. He was brilliant, never even knew he was ill. He was good in Vicar of Dibley too.
LeedsChris:
The famous Del Boy fall at the bar is just as funny with Trigger being so oblivious to what has just happened.
Iirc I remember reading somewhere that scene was never scripted to happen, it just did while the camera was filming but was too funny to edit out.
I love the bar scene
My driving instructor reminded me ever so much of Del, even the neck flexing thing he does in the bar scene lol.

Yes that is true. I think it tells you about it in the book. I think Trigger just popped in after filming another scene when they were filming the scene to watch and they decided to put him in it and the rest as they say is history
