A couple of years ago I had an operation to remove a hernia, and just recently its starting to feel like Ive got another one in the same place as it hurts there and it feels like its “bubbling” like it used to do, think I might have to phone the doctor tomorrow… 
thats a shame. i understand they can be painful. how much time do you need of work.

Been to see the doc, and he says its just a sprain…
However he said should I need a week or so off he’ll write me a sick note to “rest”, and at some point I’ll be taking full advantage of that…
