Is it an ex WMF Fin,got a Hereford plate on it,looks smart.The tipper I drove was OVT 716F it came from Market Drayton.
Can’t remember much about Wiggins lorries Fin,they obviously ran out the other way from Hereford to London or the Midlands,although on a F plate I must have seen it,getting old Fin,can’t remember.

Can’t say that it does Fin,must have seen it,did a lot of loads to Hereford ever,did all the dual carriage way from greyfriars through to the lights by franklin Barnes in the late 60’s,also hauled a ot of stuff to Tupsley area when they were developing up that area.

Do ypu remember the ALbions run by KEM TRANSPORT at Hope Under Dinmore. The hauked th milk churns from the farms to Caburys at Marlbrook. I recall they were Green four wheel flat beds.

I remember them well.also the Bedfords they ran on the churns in the 50’s and 60’s,they also had eight wheeler leyland Octopus tankerswith the 680 engine hauling to London and other places in the late 60’s.

The gardening paving firm has packed up now,it’s empty at the moment,expect it’s for sale,probably a sign on it,shows how observant I am.
I know a chap that drove for them years ago,but doubtful if he has pics.

hi dave,not strictly on thread, but do you know if ledbury preserves are still going?, used to be in there a lot when i was on for g l baker collecting jam/marmalade for M+S.got attacked by a fork lift in there once,still got the scar to-day,where were all the ambulance chasers then? just when i needed one!
mind you always a free 6 pack of jam every visit.perhaps they knew what the forklift driver was like,trying to buy me off!!

no ledbury preserves are no more now old depot is part of bulmers used to run their own fleet at one time mainly b series erf then mj griffiths of suckley took over the transport but sold up a couple of yrs ago apart from 2 or 3 ect erfs
