This was a busy week
Does this mean you’re only doing one agency shift per week, or are you doing an awful lot of handball in your full-time job?

I do a full time on average 10 hours per shift, best job i have ever had, that picture is from a full 2 weeks of work most of which was spent watching tv with tacho on rest, zero handball, zero interaction with load, yesterday was the busiest I have had for a while, I did 2 and half hours driving in a day, unheard of!!!

What I call “Down Time” then?
If you spend 6 hours per shift on your bunk, then effectively you’re getting rest in - that otherwise would have to be taken at home…
Great news if you’re burning the candle at both ends, but not so great if you’re tramping, or need to actually get some sleep whilst off duty and at home…
I did some nights out during the lockdown, and found it hard to sleep on the bunk in this heat, June 2020…
It’s nice to just stick the artic on a bay (Hello Fresh, Banbury in my case) and then get your head down… as part of a 15 hour shift and all… No point being booked off after 10 hours - is there?
