I have sold my house now after 3 months and i need a job in Germany ,but i need to come over to the UK . I work for Iceland at the moment and I have got about 5 weeks to sort things out. hope someone can help.

hi you say that you are moving here the jobs are out there but not every firm pays well.the average wage is around 2000-2400€ before tax.you will also getexpenses(spesen). this can vary from firm to firm. here in the dortmund area is a firm looking for Tankerdrivers 2150€plus 180€for weekendaway from home plus expenses they are doing mainly Spain &Sweden :ADR WORK .

My German is not good yet as thay say if you live there you will pick it up faster than siting here. My wife is German that is the reason we are coming back .

where are you thinging of staying in the Paderborn area are quite a few firms that do UK work .here are is one STUTE this is alarge concern that has its own transport sorry but I am not too shore how good or bad the wages are.

Dortmund Essen OR Rhur Pott the jobs are out they Have you talked to the
Labour office in UK as to what you have to take with you in the way of paperwork.Do not forget your paperwork for Medical Cover.You will find that the Germans love there paper work and they will be quite alot of it.
Have you got Dangerous Goods certificate most firms carry nowdays over
these goods.YOU will find that you will earn more money with a Tankerer or a
Bulk(SILO) firma.When you look on the sites I gave you hopefuly you will get a better picture of the job market here. PETE
