Help with wiring loom for radio

Long story short I have an allocated truck and the radio is a standard volvo fh one. An old truck of ours got sent away the other day to our service depot which tarts old units up before flogging them on. I took the radio out and put the standard one in but forgot to take the loo, amateurish I know :unamused:

It’s a JVC KD r332, I bought a loom for it but it was the wrong one. Here it is.

The black single connector is too wide for the radio. Any ideas anyone?

Cheers for looking in.
Take care guy and girls

Scratch that.

Get yourself a new one with USB, DAB and AUX in for £79

Knock a tenner off for what you would have spent on a new wiring kit

Actually £68 here - not sure of seller reputation, never used them

Think you may have nailed it there pal.

Looks more compact than the one I bought.

Looking at that product again, its a rip off… they sell a DAB radio and do not include the aerial - what a joke, most of the manufacturers seem to be cashing in on this one!

Very few people understand they need a different aerial for DAB. Unfortunately its on 200MHz which means that the existing antenna looks like a big fat resistor. Had it been on 300MHz you’d have been able to use the original antenna.
