By my reckoning you had a reduced weekly rest of 36 hours last week (assuming a finish time of 15:00 Saturday ), so assuming that was the only weekly rest you had last week then yes you should have a 45 hour weekly rest this week, which means you should not start work until 13:30 on Monday.
