I need a little help with this one.
I was ment to run to crewe for a 6 am delevery the tm said run up on sunday have 9 off and then start with a full day but as boss said you wont get paid for running up on sunday i said [zb]that so am now gonna leave on monday morning at 2 am what i want to know is can i still work till 5pm ie a 15 hour day or am i restricted to a 10 hour ■■
If you have to put stars to get it past the auto censor then that is the clue it’s not allowed
Depends on a few things.

How keen are you, or your company, on complying with the WTD? If you are then you might not be able to do a shift of 15 hours. See point 3.

If you do follow the WTD do you have a workplace agreement to ignore the 10 hour night working rule? If yes then you can start at 02:00 and finish at 17:00.

Even if you follow the WTD and don’t have an agreement in place you can still do a shift which starts at 02:00 and finishes at 17:00 provided no more than 10 of those 15 hours are actually work - Driving and Other Work.
The 10 hour night limit only applies to work, POA and Break doesn’t count toward the 10 hours so it is possible to still do a 15 hour shift.
Thanks for that i will be ok then as i only undo curturns and thats it it will take them about 3 hours to tip it thanks again for clearing that up.

If you can put the whole 3 hours on rest then you can use that to make a non reduced daily rest
