Hi.
I have an interview and driving assesment on Thursday straight after my current job at the moment.
My question is that when i finish my shift at my current job and my card is downloaded,do i need to make a manual entry when i start my driving assesment in the afternoon?
Some advice please.
Thanks.
Is the assessment being done in a digi or analogue truck?
.
Hi Rog,
The assessment will be done in a digital equipped truck.

Hi Rog,
The assessment will be done in a digital equipped truck.
In that case you finish the main job in the usual way and then restart again in the assessment truck but legally any other time done in the assessment that is not driving should be inputted
The time between the two different things does not need recording
The time from starting the usual job and finishing the asessment will be deemed as your working day as it is the time between two rest periods - that is a max of 15 hours if you have a reduced daily rest available
If your asking do I need to put your card in. The answer is yes.
It wont be out of scope and WILL count towards all your EU hour regs so you need to have the required rest etc …
