Hold tight, here we go again, nearly Friday and Eddie’s too trucker is panicking.
I’m sure his planner reads what dozy writes and deliberately gives him,bad days just to see and laugh at his whineing.
this level of planning is not unusual at eddies,i recently was planned an 1800 tip at iceland warrington and an 1800 collection from quins elton…after spending over 2 hrs at iceland and arriving at quins at 2100 i got turned away…called planing and got sent to another collection not so fussy on times…no drama,still back and finished in time.

A bit but not overly so. My lot have bought a shiny new warehouse so I’ve been moving stuff between the old one and new one all week and it’s a 15 mile round trip.
Tbh I thought it would do my nut in but it’s been ok and I’ve only been doing it as I had to go to court at some point this week (turned out today was the day) so guess it made sense to give me work that didn’t matter if it was dropped.
On that subject I suggested, and make sure you’re seated, giving me three trailers so I can drop on at the old place to be filled, one in the new place being emptied and the other being taken to/from.
Nah just sit and wait to be loaded then wait to be unloaded

We do this for a company by us. It would work if they actually filled the empty trailer.
So boss man only gives the one trailer now.

To be fair my lot are straight on it. As soon as I turn up with an empty I’m gone in ten minutes, it’s emptied in ten minutes at the other end.
Then you’ve got two lots of staff twiddling thumbs waiting.
Again though not my money…
