We did work for Andy of Jade`s before Christmas. Sent him court summons yesterday only to find that the premises is boarded up and the phones have been disconnected. Has anybody any info or has anybody been conned by the A Hole as well? Any info would be very much appreciated.
If he is a limited company you can always check companies house, they have an online system to check companies, this should tell you if he is still trading, if he is a sole trader then I would start to clench my ■■■■ cheeks really tight. If the debt is large you can always use a debt collection agency, prices vary as do the quality of the collectors - if you know what I mean

If he was operating a limited compnay go to UKdata.com and search for him, you can search by company or director, you can also pay to get directors reports and home addresses!
If it was a limited company I would worry slightly that they are going to declare insolvency in which case you are unlikely to get your money. If it is a sole trader you should be able to pursue them personally for the debt.
