Hi all im trying to find two lorries that mean loads to me one is my late fathers old D reg (D445TMW) DAF 2800 ati 6x2 unit and the other is my first HGV i had after passing my test a N reg (N606NAV) Leyland DAF 75 ridged drop-side tipper. now the DVLA reg checker say they are both untaxed and NOT exported would anyone have any advice on what i should do next? should i wright to DVLA asking for the last owners details saying that i would like to see if the last owner still has it as i want to try and buy it?? would it be worth doing or not? has anyone ever tried looking for a certen lorry and found it? really need help here guys as i would love to restore the DAF 2800 in memory of my dad and would love the chance to own my first lorry to. please help with advice on what i should do
