Help to stop paperwork sliding about

Drive a rigid Daf 56plate automatic and inbetween the driver and passenger seat is just a flat space which I tend to put my paperwork on. Of course when i break it flys off everywhere. Anything I can buy to stick on there??

How about a metal tray, lay your paperwork on it as usual, then drop a fridge magnet on it…simples.

When i break the clipboard will slide then

Think I will just screw a wooden block down. Waste of a good space really not to use it.

Get some of this non slip matting: screwfix.com/p/hilka-pro-cra … _container
Put your paperwork on that.

And then this on top!

If it’s your regular truck, what I used to do was get some sticky back velcro and apply to the space and on the bottom of a plastic tray… the sort you get for the kitchen. Easier to remove if you need to.

Glovebox is always a good bet, thats where i always keep mine…

Surely there’s somewhere to store a clipboard somewhere so when you brake it doesn’t move

Knew you would be about at some point! Il take a look at that matting now. Ive left it for weeks but it real ■■■■■■ me off now especially when polished slides like hell!

What kinda bloody lorry drivers are you lot?

Put down a bar towel ya bunch of daft arses.

Get a clipboard

Surely it would stand more chance on the passenger seat, unless your a bit lazy and don’t get paid enough to reach over an extra 10 inches

LOL

Got a built in tray on my truck that`s carefully designed to be just too small for A4 sheets. But does have a bigger one on top of the dash. This one can take an A4 sheet. It too is also carefully designed, with a smooth curved edge so anything in it can be launched from any side, or the front, or the back, with only gentle acceleration or braking. The smooth curved edges are very pretty.

Non slip mat and tray, or clipboard and stick on hook…or both if you are the belt and braces type of person.

Christ almighty. How to stop paper work sliding.

Thought I’d seen every topic covered. Suppose it beats which sat nav or which agency.

Here’s a thought. Maybe you are braking too hard?

No I haven’t been driving 120 years. But I might have something called common sense. Jesus.
