Help settle argument

Me and a work mate are having a tiff.are you able to work seven days a week and drive ten hours a day as long a daily rests are taken under domestic regs.thanks

yes , you must not be on duty for more than 11 in any working day , unless your not driving or do under 4 hours of driving time i believe , rest time must be sufficient

Yes, if you are talking about domestic for goods vehicles. No weekly rest period specified for domestic regs and you can drive 10 hours each day in a max of 11 hours duty over the 24-hour period.

Although you are supposed to comply with the 48-hour average working time per week for the WTD. There is very little of the WTD which applies to domestic rules, think it’s only about four things but that is one of them.

So, which one of you loses the argument? :stuck_out_tongue:

**EDIT. Actually you can opt out of the 48-hour thing for the WTD on domestic regs.

I win.thanks guys
