Hi guys wondering what to do, been at work since 6:30 am had my break at 21:10 till 12:57 been stuck in massive traffic since 2:15 and have moved less than a mile, I may go over my hours and unsure what to do, pulling up isn’t suitable as on the motorway and nowhere to pull off, any answeres would be helpful thanks
If you run out of time you’ll still have to find somewhere safe to park up and in theory it should be the first place you find, then do 2 printouts and explain what happened and sign them keep 1 for yourself and give the other to the office, nothing will happen if you get caught so don’t worry about it these things happen.
