The only thing about going 2nd hand is you may end up with a slightly different shade due to weathering ect,best to go with the above brand new option tbh.

I was going to get 2 wings from the same guy for a grey golf, then found out the car had some anticorrosion warranty left (both wings rusty)
rang him a few times he was very helpfull then had to tell him didn’t want it doing, very understanding, not seen his work but sounds decent enough.

You have got rights;

As soon as the company allow you to park there they have a duty of care.

But, how far do you want to take it?
If you make a claim, company will no longer allow parking.
dammed if you do, dammed if you don’t.
