Help need cornwall

Which is the best route from exeter to royal cornwall show ground - any local advice please .( running low loader )

Thanks

A30 mate.

I should be more specific. A30, come off at either Bodmin or maybe better to come off at just after Launceston and onto the A395 towards Davidstow. Then its A39 to wadebridge and your there.

Tomtom Truck and Google maps show this route.

Yeah mate, piece of ■■■■.
Going via Bodmin would have been abit dodgy with a LL as theres a disused railway crossing on the way that it may bottom out on. You’l fine going the way above^.

If you have any concerns you could run through the route on Google maps

thanks guys - route sorted then ! .

White ec11 , red king trailer carrying steam engine - thats us

The turning AFTER Launceston is signposted ‘North Cornwall’

I did this route last week and no problems but I was on ■■■■■■■ mx5.

Best roads are stay on the A30 right past Bodmin and Victoria, turn off at the St. Dennis/Indian Queens turning, turn north and follow the A39 via Halloon and Winnards Perch to Wadebridge, the showground is on the right just before you get to Wadebridge. This may be the longest route but by far the easiest roads.
The road from Bodmin to Wadebridge, as someone else says, crosses a very bumpy ex railway line and is rather wiggly, and going off at Launceston then via Camelford takes you right through Camelford town and the bit from there to Wadebridge is not the nicest.
What are you taking to the show?

yh listen to the previous post i drive it most days!!
