What’s the process for picking up a box down at Freightliner Birmingham, for anyone who’s been there?

Pull up to the window tell them it’s your first time and follow instructions. Sorry not being more helpful but it’s too big to give specifics. Think there are about 5 working areas plus trackside. If unsure ask someone. Be sure to take brummy dummy to English dictionary with you

I think they laid off that particular crew in the 70s, the barstewards in there now are horrible, starting with that stunt at the window that I always seemed to get [thin lanky ignorant stunt], then you got the clowns on the cranes & lifters who seemed to think you are a mind reader 
Even the cleaners have an attitude that belongs in another age, vile place [IMO]…
