Help? complete newbie, need all the advice i can get

I have always wanted a job as a driver in the industry since i was a child. i am 20 and have been driving 2 years and have no idea where to start in terms of getting a license, what is required, where to find a job with no experience ect. the only experience i have is loading and unloading packing boxes from an old horse box for a music festival stall. could somebody help me out iv had a good search around online but that is about it. any advice, links, or even work experience would be welcomed greatly.

As for getting work as a newbie. I won’t lie it is hard but there is work out there. There will be people on here who say there isn’t but as a newbie myself I know there is. The only issue you may face is your age as a lot of people won’t employ under 25 year olds due to insurance purposes but there are some that will so be persistent
