Hi,
Ive just got a Volvo FH12 ‘S Reg’. I tilted the cab forwards, ive now put it back but the cab tilt light is still on, the cab wont move then pins is turned back tot he drive position.
Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it.

Are the locks engaged when the cab is down?
Is the sensor switch faulty/broken?
I believe they are yes.
Where is the sensor switch located.
Just to confirm it is a manual tilt system

At a guess, it’s next to the lock at the back where the cab drops into the mount
Done a brake test.
No the piston isnt locking when the cab drops, but can push the piston with a screwdriver but wont lock in and hyrdraulic arm moves out then back in
