God I do feel old ,what’s wrong with a good old printed pay slips , can anyone help me with what these on my pay slip mean
Market supp ?
Gog er ?
Gog ee ?
I believe the gog ones are pension related , but why er & ee ( they have different amounts of money next to them ) , is it some kind of salary sacrifice?
Could it be that “er” stands for employer and “ee” stands for employee ?
So the employers contribution and employees contribution.
I’ve no idea what Market supp is though

as has been said er is what the employer has contributed and ee is what you have contributed.
go have a word with the hr dept or a collegue and get them to explain it all to you if you think there is a mistake
i googled market supp and came up with this
Market supplements aim to bridge the gap between an organization’s standard pay scale and the higher salaries offered by other employers for similar roles, especially in situations where attracting or keeping qualified staff is challenging
Thank both , you could well be right tacho on ee etc , just never seen it before
Cooper , you could be right they’ve said there will be a substantial pay rise so maybe difference in pay between now / new rate
I did ask & was told it’s all self explanatory, that’s why I asked on here ,
