hiya, I’m new to the forum, and to the driving game, I’m 42 living in Wolverhampton and I passed class 1 10 days ago so I’ve been looking for a driving job locally ever since but no luck yet. the only glimmer of hope so far was a place that said to come back when my licence arrives so he can send a copy to his insurers and see what they say.

Hi I’m in the same boat as you passed my c+e on the 1st of May, started emailing a few places had a bit of luck with a large firm near to me who’s letting me go out with one of there drivers for a few Saturdays to see how things work if nothing else it will be some good experience and you never know something might come of it.
Good luck with your job hunt and if you need to ask anything just ask as there’s loads of decent people on here willing to help.
