Who knows more about this creation? Apparently it was build by Nicolas and was called Automas, the Swedish equivalent of the EDF bought it, can’t find much more info about it.I dont know how many were built Patrick or if it was a one off. Nicolas did build it in 1972.

I,d have to agree Froggy but surely it is blocked under the machine sub structure plus I reckon its jacked up to load it as I reckon the best of operators would be hard pushed to drive onto the trailer with just an inch of track each side to play with.The trailer out riggers dont look like they are in use.

When I was nobbutt a lad I innocently asked that question about an 8 legger and was told patiently that it has less far to travel in its arc.
