Heads up on replacement interior cabin rubbers

Hi All,
Been trying (unsuccessfully so far) to locate a cabin rubber replacement merchant, one who may also export to Australia.
Between myself and a mate over on the West Coast, we are trying to find someone who can supply two (2) sets of quarter vent window rubbers to suit a 1958-1963 Karrier Bantam. Have already written to several Oz and NZ suppliers who ask for samples.
Well, problem is mine were totally destroyed in a fire inside a container, so without a replacement rubber number, and not even a photo, a bit hard to supply.
There is supposed to be a “universal” quarter vent kit, where you punch your own holes to suit the locking catch, but cannot find out more.
I also need the door rubbers that go around the whole doors and seal them, plus there is a small “piping bead” which goes around the grille to main cabin seam and also between the mudguards and again, the cabin itself.
If I could even get photos with the exact dimensions, I could at least approach a few dealers. Otherwise I’m flying blind.
No good asking suppliers as have not found anyone I’ve contacted who even lists a Karrier Bantam.
Glass rubbers as in windscreen, front and rear, and the two little rear cab glasses can be made up according to a local windscreen installer.
Likewise the Bailey Channel can be sourced in lengths and adapted locally.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Dave6418

Any decent car restoration workshop should be able to point you in the right direction.

The vast majority of places will want a sample for something that wasn’t a mainstream common car as the OP is finding out.

Thanks for the replies Guys.
The Windsor Chair person I had been in contact with before.
Most rubber joints over this way ask for a sample, mine destroyed in container fire, mates missing altogether, that makes it a bit tough.
I reckon I can work my way around most of the other cabin rubbers, but the quarter vent window rubbers are proving elusive.
Have contacted a couple of those links you put up.
Thanks, Dave6418

Try C O H Baines, Tunbridge Wells. They manufacture rubber extrusions for car manufacturers and also have a big range of sections sold by the foot/metre. They do sell some by vehicle so may know what you’re looking for, or they have illustrations/measurements on their website if you know yourself what you’re looking for. Or try Speedy Spares, Portslade, Sussex, long standing suppliers of Rootes parts.

I’m not sure my firm would like “rubber” being charged to SNAP

Thanks for latest replies, will keep asking around,
