He must have broken his skuzzies
How did that even happen?
And what are skuzzies?

skuzzies, must mean he driving in his underwear lol
I think he means suzies.
The perils of a tight turn, heavy load on the front and an auto box. It’s bad enough trying that in a manual where you can use a bit of clutch finesse, forget it in an auto where it may as well be a throttle switch fitted.
just as well there isn’t a bridge there moaster lol at that angle (tilt ) with lowered suspension he would still hit it lol
Never seen one tilt towards the cab like that, i’d hazard a guess that he had the box in auto and Arsetronic tried to change gear (in its own sweet time ) and the engine stalled out, for tight turns like that lock the bugger in manual.
Anyone remember those Chris Hudson single chassis rail tilt trailers (look up Monoframe) with the independent suspension pivoting from that single chassis, you had to be bloody careful turning one of those tight cos the trailer would hitch itself right up and the wheels on the same axle pivoted dangerously close like a Triumph Herald, you could easily be in a worse situation than the poor sod above.

just curious, been a newbie still n all…hows he actually managed that? i undertsand a tight turn, jacking it aroundd? but iv done that a few times and never had anything like this happen.
sorry for silly question…be nice to avoid something like this
My guess would be he has snapped his airline, kept on going and dragged her over

As Maoster mentions above, and its a particular problem with Arsetronic with its varying on/off switch clutch control, but many automated manual boxes can suffer this too.
With a typical MAN the default starting gear is 3rd, which is quite adequate for 99% of starts even fully loaded, however what happens on a jack knife or U turn loaded is that if you just stick the bugger in Auto and pull away the engine revs straight up and before you’ve really got any momentum going the bloody box wants to change up, typically it will block shift two gears up but in typical lethaaaarrrgggic arsetronic style.
So by the time its found the next gear the trailer tyres are bent at all angles you’ve lost momentum and the engine forthwith stalls out (it aint alone in this Scanias will do this too), so the clutch releases and the tyres try to drag the vehicle back, so you jam the brakes on to stop the action but you’re on a jack knife and the trailer has effectively become a Reliant Robin because the fifth wheel tilting is on the right angle plane so can set up a horrid pendulum…and thats not taking into account the clutch judder these can suffer just to help things along.
The safest way to make tight turns, U turns or similar if you’re heavily loaded is to select manual and a suitable gear, third on an MAN is fine for the scenario in the pic (assuming the bloke was turning tight right out of that road) but if was a U turn loaded or manoeuvering then either 2nd or if really tight down into maneuver gear, you know instinctively when the vehicle can carry out the gearchange without a problem.
This type of thing is why i always suggest not to just stick in A and steer 24/7, but to learn the idiocyncrasies of your own particular vehicle by driving it manualy regularly, that way you know how its going to behave.
I think the lorry in the pic is a Daf XF but happy to be put right if it isn’t, it almost certainly has Arsetronic so will suffer what i have described, but others will know better than me which is default starting gear.
Dunno if any of that ■■■■■■■■ makes any sense
