True story

:unamused: :unamused:

Bad day for it in Essex, an ambulance went in the ditch outside Danbury Quarry today. Poor bugger in it got transferred to the air ambulance.

I got turned around just off the A12 and told I’d have to go via Woodham Ferrers(20 odd miles) to get to the quarry (1/4 mile) as the accident was before the quarry. I nipped round through the back way through the 7.5t limit to get stuck in the traffic queuing the other way. Shame they didn’t tell me it was outside the quarry gate and they wern’t diverting traffic away from it. :unamused:
