petrol tanks could be,but mustn’t be doubledmanned.
but Petroltanker needs other ADR Licence as Parcel ADR Transport
what you need to carry Class 1 is an ADR Licence Class1 and a second Person in Truck.
If you are with a Van or Car under 3500kg on the way will you not need an ADR Licence,but you still need a second Person with you
If you carry an Atombomb for Privat use in a Privat Car you will not need an ADR Licence or Second Person with you,solong it is privat
