Have used the Boots own-brand non-drowsy for the past few years, and think they are excellent. But tried several others before with mixed result, cos what works for me may not work for you!

I should have started taking tablets ready now really. I guess il try a few different ones and see what works. If tesco ones work great il buy a load of them.
The only real solution (from experience) is to blow your nose and wash your face regularly. Although once it sets in nothing will stop it.

Beconase nasal spray. Use it first thing in the morning and when you go to bed at night, it worked for me.
