Well,what happening:
Friday evening i got replaced for Sunday Shift.
Fits me well,i replied,as im Christian and Sunday is Holy for Church and Community.
No,No,… I shall do Spare. They may have a Trip or seating around. Start 19.30 till Finish. (4 Hour? or 5,or even 10 or 14? )
Well,No. I cant seat with the Community in Pub drinking Mineral Water and Coffee. Friday i give a Hand for a Charity Tombola and its lots to discuss and to prepare.
Just got TXT “OK,Duty will fail as no replacement is available”
So,why did they not give that Spare-Shift to the Driver who replaces me and kept me on my Shift? (I know why,but can’t bring that in Public 
as it were unfair)
NOW,
Why must be always work kept back for Sunday to do? Council the same. No one to see during the Week and Sunday they are busy blowing with a Blower the Rubbish from the Street into the Grass and Front garden.
Sure i work when necessary and not afraid of long Hour or hard Work. But then and when i have to make a Point.
Hate the Agency Work with each Day a bit more. No fix Start Time, No Fix Run. Every Day anything else and the last few Weeks too many changes of Shifts,i got already on my Fon. Since a few Month it seems normal that i work Sunday too,which i only did 2 or 3 Times a Year when it was urgent. Hope it gets better from next Week when the Transport Manager is back.
Who introduced actually Sunday Work? Can’t be a Intelligent Person.
