If driving time ok and WTD has been exceeded then its just a company internal infringement

Because it’s a ■■■■■■ nonsence, purely there as an ‘‘on the surface appearance excercise’’ to make it look (to those who know no better) that truck drivers are actually working sensible and civilsed hours like most industries today, where as in reality…they aint! 
So then the POA ■■■■■■■■ was devised to achieve this, whilst at the same time appeasing the likes of Tescos etc, resulting in these companies not having to actually get their acts together to get you tipped at a reasonable time scale…one of the reasons I never ever book it, as I refuse to play their stupid ■■■■ games.

Similar to how a year is from 1st January to 31st December and going past midnight on the 31st Dec is the 1st day of the new year 6hrs would be from 19:28 and 00 seconds to 01:27 and 59 seconds. Once you go to 01:28 you’re starting a 7th hour.
Might get an infringment to sign, doubt anything else will happen even at a roadside tacho check.
Tachos don’t work like your anology.
Only whole calendar / clock minutes are allocated an activity, seconds are used to determine how any given minute is recorded, but no seconds are recorded.
If the printout says 19:28 till 01:28, then that’s 6 hours, it can’t be 6 hours an ■■ seconds, it’s just 6 hours and as 6 hours isn’t more than 6 hours that’s the max allowed, then there is no infringement
Some people might make a song and dance at this point about getting on a dcpc course, that’s not me though!
As far as I’m aware, Vosa are only interested in “driver hours” offences, not WTD which is is a european directive that covers all mobile workers, not just lorry drivers.
You may get an infringement from your company depending on how ■■■■ they are, but I definitely wouldn’t lose sleep over it.

If stopped and seen there’s a blatent disregard of the wtd, then there may be repercussions for the company, that is the way the dvsa are dealing with the wtd

Is that what they’ve started doing now? Wtf has it to do with DVSA anyway, it aint contravening Driver’s hours rules in real terms ffs. 
If there are really now company repercussions from DVSA over all this crap 
…I had better stop writing on the ‘driver’s comments’ part of the form, (when I go over my 6 hours by 15 or so minutes )
