I got the chance of a blinder of a job yesterday. I’ve got the product experience but I let my ADR lapse years ago.
The job will have gone by the time I get trained, but I think I’ll do the course anyway in case it or something similar turns up again.
Anyway - J Coates - any good?

They’ve been about for a while so they’re probably legit, but it’s always worth asking.
Done my class 3 with them in the 90’s in Leicester. Very good family firm back then and still got good rep now i hear, so you should be fine mate.
Thanks for that. Appreciate it.

Hi skell790,
J Coates are defo on my master list of SQA approved ADR providers, so you’ve no fears on that score.
TBF to all the other ADR providers though, it might pay you to have a ring around and compare prices and the availability of courses to get a feel for what price/timescale suits you.
Just as a general pointer, the ‘official’ time between taking an ADR course and receipt of your ADR Certificate from DVLA Swansea can be up to 5 weeks, but the system is running at somewhere around 3 weeks at the moment.
Good luck with your course!!
Righto. Cheers DD.
The job is a legit £30k+ pa for 48 hours, so it’s annoying to miss it.
And no, I’m not going to tell anyone who or where or what until I’ve made some enquiries to see if they’ll hang on for the right person. Which is me.
You could try Data Academy in Leicester, the trainer is excellent .
