Are you saying that is for ALL-DAY training■■? - I doubt it - check again

I’m betting that is for 4 HALF-DAYS of 4 hours with a warm up and test on day 5

Half days or full days?? i.e. 4 hours per day or 8 hours per day?

I would say that you are thinking the same as me Jon - a mis-communication along the way somewhere…

I’ll tell you what they are getting at…

Doing 2 to 1 ALL-DAY allows for drivers on training to be swapped over at regular intervals and so is less intensive as there are nice long breaks between the two trainees so what has been learned on your drive session has time to sink in
2 to 1 also allows both trainees to learn from each others negatives and positives

The actual ‘behind the wheel’ time may work out a little more for each trainee on 2 to 1 as each trainee needs less vehicle stopping time for ‘brain recovery’

If the reverse area is miles from the yard then much time on 1 to 1 MAY be spent getting to and from it whereas on 2 to 1 that overall time for each trainee is halved.

You might prefer doing half days and those half days to be very intensive in which case 1 to 1 is for you.

If you prefer the more leisuely way of learning then 2 to 1 would be better for you

As I said before - YOUR MONEY, YOUR CHOICE
