Might even be just a 7.5T.
I’ve done quite a few bits of work in hospital grounds, can usually manage to get 32T around ok.
I can’t imagine this being a job with nights out though.
leave yard with full load empty bins, swap like the biggest jigsaw ever to get full to the front and empties behind, as well as some double deck bodies, missing wheels off the bins, trying to drag them off of gravel, even with all the wheels they wont go the way you want, up kerbs, down kerbs, up slopes, down slopes, sometimes not the best hygiene in the areas around the bin parks, and if you do the dentist, doctors, and local health centres, yellow bags by the dozen up an alleyway right around the back behind every thing else, normally in the dark, then wait until winter, ice, rain, snow, some incinerator plants want advance notice of arrival and wont touch you until there time slot, but its ok if they are running late, you will have to wait, you cannot take it back to the yard as most do not have environmental waste storage permissions, but it might be fine and you will love it, crack on drive.

Not done it for them, but did a day with SRCL who do similar in both artic and class 2. They had double decker trailers with a moveable floor and large wheelie bins.
Biggest headache was you had to load the full ones on top deck and empties on bottom which makes cornering interesting especially for the first few drops. Later on you end up with a more even load.
Hospitals are fun as you have to get around the back along with everyone else, plus cars everywhere.
Can’t see why you’d do nights out as they only covered certain areas around the depots and took it all back to central depot. Unless Hargreaves are trying to extend their coverage or there are limited waste plants.
