I was tippin at Lidl Magna park this morning, it was -3 and there was a guy
wearing shorts and driving an ERF…Move over Chuck Norris.

He’s cab heater was probably stuck on full

if so, i was tipping at Lidl Newton aycliffe on wednesday and chatted briefly at around 5.30 AM to a nice chap in shorts who was driving said rig. Think it was his own and he mentioned he worked fixing them aswell. seemed like a top fella.

lovely old motor too, would swap my MAN for it in a heartbeat.

I know more than one person out here in Canada who wear shorts, t shirt and flip flops when its -35’c! But then, Canadians are an odd lot!

Maybe a pair of glasses on a chain with a fetish for some serious Japanese throwing action?

“I love it when there’s a nip in the air, me.”

Our postman is still wearing shorts.

When I was a milkman I used to wear shorts a t-shirt all year round, regardless of weather conditions or temp. I was always jogging about and you simply don’t notice the cold at all, in fact minus temps are rather refreshing. No chance you’d catch me outside in shorts and a t-shirt these days though.

I wear shorts when I am down south…

But I have to be at least South of the canary Islands :unamused:

I’ll be wearing shorts on Saturday… Mind you I will be playing rugby…

Not true, I think the wifes bacon is tougher than me, however I can put up a good fight against a stubborn old twin splitter

I was loading muck in Harwell this morning and a Hanson 8w drove past, the driver shirtless.
I’d guessed he’d got soaked tipping blacktop and was drying his clothes.
