Happy days

So the past week I have been doing my Class 1 training and to be honest its easier than driving a rigid . Today was test day felt more nervous than what I did prior to the test starting than when I had my rigid test in January.

Anyway came with just two minors one being a shunt. What a feeling it is to hear the words ‘you’ve passed’ I am absolutely BUZZING

Well done pal.
Pleased for you.

Great news Matt. Now you can feel smug when you talk to class 2 drivers.

" Alright driver? Nice truck, 26 tonne class 2? Well go and get it fully loaded and then I can carry it on the back of mine. "

OOOOOOOOSH!!!

Oh you’re a truck driver? Yeah me too. Who you working for? Oh I seen some of their trucks, really nice. An 18t Scania. Ohhh! A rigid.

Sorry mate I thought you said you were a truck driver.

(I do feel like I have to explain I only drive rigids when I tell people I’m driving trucks now)

Also congratulations to you Matt!

Congrats on the pass. Now the real learning begins.
